⚔️ Terms of Service & Commission Process
By sending payment, the Client automatically agrees to the following terms:
1. Payment
• Payment is done through PayPal. Once the commission fee is agreed upon, I will send you the invoice through PayPal. (Payment can be made in parts, but it must be agreed upon before sending the invoice so I can set it up properly.)
2. Workflow & Revisions
• Sketch Phase: Once payment is processed, I will provide a rough sketch based on your description. You are entitled to up to two (2) rounds of adjustments during this phase for free. Any major changes requested after sketch approval (during line art or coloring) will incur extra fees depending on complexity.
• Updates: You will receive regular work-in-progress (WIP) updates at key stages (Sketch, Line Art, Flat Colors).
3. Delivery & Specifications
• Final Files: Upon completion, you will receive a high-resolution (300 DPI) digital file in PNG or JPG format via email or a secure download link.
• Standard Dimensions: Artwork size defaults to 3000x5000 pixels unless a custom size is explicitly requested and agreed upon beforehand.
4. Copyright & Usage Rights
• Personal Use: The artwork is for personal use only (e.g., social media icons, profile banners, TTRPG tokens, or personal prints). You may not resell, edit, or use the artwork to generate profit.
• Commercial Use & Book Covers: For indie book covers or Kickstarter promotions, a separate commercial licensing agreement and fee must be discussed before starting the work.
• AI Restrictions: The artwork may not be uploaded to, trained on, or repurposed for AI generation software or blockchain/NFT tech under any circumstances.
• Artist Rights: I retain the full copyright of the artwork and reserve the right to display it in my portfolio and social media channels for self-promotion unless a private status is requested in advance.
5. Refund Policy
• Due to the custom digital nature of commission work, no refunds will be issued once the line art stage has begun.
On average it takes 1 week to complete a single character commission, depending on the type and complexity can go up to two weeks and up to three weeks for a very complex scene.
You'll be given an estimated time on how long you'll be on the waiting list.

A cinematic, highly detailed scene featuring your character(s) with a fully rendered background (landscapes, dungeons, sci-fi environments, etc.).
Ideal for book covers, Kickstarter promos, or epic campaign moments.

• Base price includes: One (1) full-body character with a simple background (or solid color/gradient/texture if preferred).
Extras & Upgrades:
• NSFW Alternate Version (SFW + NSFW version of the same piece): +$50

Please provide as many details as possible regarding your project. I will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours (please note that I do not answer emails over weekends).
To get an accurate quote, please include:
· Project Details: Character description, race, class, armor/weapons, desired pose (simple or dynamic), and background requirements.
· Theme Restrictions: I accept NSFW illustrations, but they are strictly limited to female nudity.
· Visual References: Please attach or link any concept art, pose ideas, or clothing references you have.
· Intended Use: Please specify if the artwork is for Personal Use (TTRPG campaigns, avatars) or Commercial Use (book covers, Kickstarter promos).
· Deadlines: Let me know if you have a specific date you need the art completed by.
To ensure timely delivery without compromising quality, please contact me well in advance:
· Single Character Art: 1 week.
· Complex Illustrations / Backgrounds: 2 weeks.
· Large Projects (Multiple illustrations): At least 1 month.
· Requests outside these windows may be subject to a rush fee.

Once I review your email, I will respond to confirm my availability and provide a price quote. If my current schedule is full, I can add you to my waiting list and contact you as soon as a slot opens up.
Note: I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my own discretion.
